I've never blogged before, nor did I think I'd ever start my own blog. So writting about myself is a little bit of a strange concept. But here we go......
I am a mother to two little guys (Christian-4y.o. and Daniel-2.5y.o.). They are just the world to me. They are such special boys and have taught me so much about life. They have shown me how much strength I truly have and have taught me to be a fighter.
I am a wife to an amazing man. We were married in the the Summer of 2004, and I could not have asked for a better husband. We've been through a lot together, and we can always come out the other side as a stronger couple.
I am also a personal trainer. After having my first son, I starting running as a means to lose the 'baby weight'. I had never been a runner before, but I quickly fell in love it. I started working out more and become more interested in healthy living and fitness. This interest became even greater after having my second son. For the first time in my life, I was going to the gym regularly and just couldn't seem to get enough information on fitness and wellness. In October of 2008, I decided that I wanted to get into personal training and help other people reach their fitness goals. I obtained a certification and started working as a trainer in a corporate gym. I took some time off from personal training to focus on some special needs within my family. In the Spring of 2010, an opportunity presented itself for me to start my own personal training business. I jumped on it! I now am an in-home personal trainer. I love my job!!
I look forward to this new journey of coming clean and eating a healthier diet. I hope to inspire others to join this journey with me and change their lives as well!
